1. Marketing Executive – Overseas Employment Training

- Monthly Salary: ₹50,000 to ₹60,000
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years
- Location: Guwahati, Assam
Educational Qualification:
Applicants must hold a graduate degree in any of the following disciplines:
- Marketing
- Social Work
- Mass Communication
- Or any related field
Work Experience Required:
Candidates should have 1–3 years of relevant experience in:
- Field marketing or mobilization activities
- Skill development programs
- Preference will be given to those with experience in overseas training or migration-based employment programs
Skill Set Needed:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in local/regional languages
- Sound planning and coordination ability
- Willingness to travel extensively for outreach and mobilization drives
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, and social media marketing tools

Experience Requirements:
- 1–2 years of telecalling, customer support, or student mobilization experience preferred
Essential Skills:
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and local languages
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, or call tracking software
- Capable of engaging and convincing youth from varied socio-economic backgrounds
- Goal-oriented and highly persuasive with a target-driven mindset
- Excellent listening and interpersonal communication
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective youth and students
- Clearly explain course offerings, program benefits, and future career outcomes
- Schedule walk-ins or virtual counselling sessions
- Update and manage call records and follow-up reports
- Collaborate with mobilization teams and center heads
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and enrolment targets
- Address inbound queries in a courteous and helpful manner
- Support in organizing mobilization drives, job fairs, and outreach activities
- Continuously share feedback to improve marketing performance
