APSC Grade IV Admit Card: Candidates who have applied for the Grade IV recruitment under the Assam Public Service Commission are now approaching an important stage of the selection process. The Assam Public Service Commission has officially announced the schedule for the OMR-based Screening Test and confirmed the release of the APSC Grade IV Admit Card. This admit card is a compulsory document for appearing in the examination and contains essential details such as the examination date, timing, venue, and candidate credentials. Applicants are advised to download the admit card as soon as it is made available and carefully verify all the information printed on it.

As per the official notice, the Screening Test for Grade IV posts will be held on 4 January 2026. The admit card will be available for download from 23 December 2025 through the official APSC website. No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination centre without a valid printed admit card and an approved photo identity proof.

APSC Grade IV Screening Test 2025 Details

The APSC Grade IV Screening Test will be conducted in OMR mode, focusing on General Studies. This screening test is designed to shortlist candidates for the next stage of the recruitment process. The examination will be held in a single shift, and candidates must strictly follow the exam guidelines mentioned on the admit card.

Applicants are advised to verify all details printed on the admit card, including their name, roll number, examination centre, and reporting time. Any discrepancy should be reported to APSC authorities immediately before the examination date.

How to Download APSC Grade IV Admit Card 2025

Candidates who have successfully submitted their online application for the 20 Grade IV posts under APSC can download their admit card by following the official process. The admit card download link will be activated only after the commission releases it on the website.

To avoid confusion, candidates should keep their Application ID or Roll Number and Date of Birth ready before starting the download process.

Steps to download the admit card:

  1. Scroll down to the Important Web-Links section.
  2. Click on the Download Admit Card link.
  3. Enter your Application ID or Roll Number along with your Date of Birth.
  4. Click on the View E-Admission Certificate button.
  5. Download and save the admit card.
  6. Take a clear printout and carry it to the examination hall.

Documents Required at the Examination Centre

On the day of the examination, candidates must carry a printed copy of the APSC Grade IV Admit Card along with a valid photo identity proof. Accepted identity proofs generally include Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card, Driving Licence, or any other government-issued photo ID. Candidates failing to produce these documents may not be allowed to appear for the examination.
